First announced in early April, Southern Draw Cigars has now revealed the third release in the company’s charity-geared IGNITE series; partnering with online retailer Cigars International to release 1,000 jars of Southern Draw’s Kudzu and Firethorn blends.
IGNITE release #3 features a 5″ x 58 rounded perfecto, a new size for both the Kudzu and Firethorn. The release is spread across four collections of 250 cigars, with each blend being introduced in white and black formats (1,000 jars of 10 cigars total).
The goal of SD’s IGNITE Some Good project is to create 5,000 total cigar jars throughout 2018, showcasing limited edition new blends or new sizes of existing blends from Southern Draw. The cigars feature new packaging (including new bands and custom, white or black jars) that highlights the charity of the retailer’s choosing. Thus far, every release has donated to the Operation Cigars for Warriors charity. A combined $7.50 per jar sold will be donated to the charity from Southern Draw and Cigars International.
The cigars will be released on June 15th exclusively from Cigars International, but the retailer’s local Hamburg customers can get a sneak peek of the new cigars starting at 6pm on June 5th, where Southern Draw owner Robert Holt will be in attendance.
