There will be a new Lonsdale size added to the Miami-produced Cornelius lineup, as announced by Cornelius & Anthony Premium Cigars today.
Cornelius was the first of four cigar lines introduced by the company in 2016, as part of a push to re-establish the company as a premium cigar manufacturer. Cornelius & Anthony is owned by the Bailey family, a five-generation tobacco family based in southern Virgina.

The company first introduced Cornelius in three sizes (Toro, Robusto, and Corona Gorda), using the acclaimed El Titan de Bronze factory in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood for production. The cigars showcase an Ecuadorian wrapper over an Ecuadorian binder and fillers of Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.
There will now be a 6.5″ x 42 lonsdale vitola added to the lineup, which is planned for an introduction at IPCPR 2017 (July 10th – 14th).
