United Cigars has announced a second edition of the Atabey Ritos Gift Set, with the limited release scheduled to begin shipping during the first week of October.
The package includes five Atabey Ritos cigars, each measuring 6⅛” x 55 and packaged in individual tubes. The cigars are accompanied by a porcelain Atabey ashtray designed by Nelson Alfonso of Selected Tobacco.
The Ritos is distinguished by an extended post-roll aging process, with the cigars resting for five years before release. The blend uses an Ecuadorian wrapper over Peruvian and Dominican filler tobaccos.
Atabey is produced by Selected Tobacco, with United Cigars handling distribution in the U.S. Selected Tobacco’s portfolio also includes Byron, Alfonso, and Bandolero.
The second edition Atabey Ritos Gift Set carries an MSRP of $270. United Cigars describes the release as limited, though the company did not announce the number of sets being produced.
