Joya de Nicaragua’s Global Commercial Manager, Daniel Barrios, lended a helping hand in walking Cigar Dojo through the surprisingly impressive selection from a company that is fresh off the heels of a successful 50th anniversary year in 2018.
Standout releases include the Antaño CT (Connecticut-wrapped blend based on the famed Antaño 1970 cigar) and Número Uno (a refined blend that was originally reserved exclusively as diplomatic gifts from Nicaraguan ambassadors). Also showcased was the Cinco Décadas Fundador, offering a new 6″ × 54 gran toro format in the 50th anniversary blend introduced in 2018.
