Room101 Cigars has announced two releases to celebrate significant brand milestones. The Johnny Tobacconaut 10th Anniversary cigar commemorates a decade of the blend, while a limited-edition Anniversary Humidor marks 15 years of the company’s anniversary cigar series.
The Johnny Tobacconaut 10th Anniversary is a Nicaraguan Puro, crafted by Room101 Creative Director Matt Booth in collaboration with AJ Fernandez at Tabacalera AJ Fernandez Cigars de Nicaragua S.A. This full-bodied Toro (6” x 52) carries an SRP of $11.99 per cigar, with boxes containing 20. The blend offers notes of earth, pepper, and subtle sweetness. “I’m beyond excited to celebrate the tenth year of the Johnny Tobacconaut brand. It’s ten years in space for Room101 and it tastes incontestably delicious,” Booth said. Production is limited, and while the cigar will be showcased at PCA, a shipping date remains unconfirmed due to a recent fire at Fernandez’s factory.
Alongside this release, Room101 is offering a limited-edition Anniversary Humidor, available in burgundy, teal, and black. Only 101 units have been produced, each containing 126 cigars—21 from each of the brand’s 10th through 15th Anniversary releases, including Toro sizes (6” x 52) and exclusive Culebra versions (7” x 38). All cigars are Nicaraguan Puros made by AJ Fernandez, except the 11th Anniversary, produced by Oliva. The humidor, priced at $2,500, includes Boveda packs. “This showpiece humidor is a celebration of our brand in product form. We’ve overcome the odds many times to reach this point, and the Anniversary Humidor is an expression of our gratitude for the support our fans have shown us over the years,” Booth stated.
