While not the showstopper that Fuente’s recent Rare Pinks collection was at last summer’s annual trade show, the fan-favorite Unnamed Reserve did make an appearance, being tucked away within the company’s dazzling display setup. The cigars are officially titled Arturo Fuente Unnamed Reserve 2021, being the latest installment in a limited series that dates back to 2012. In fact, the 2021 release is thought to be a recreation of the original release, being rolled in the same 5¾” x 48 format and boasting a sun-grown rosado wrapper over all-Dominican binder/fillers. It’s a concentrated size for the discerning enthusiast, offering a medium body and spicy-sweet complexities of oak, red pepper, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
