El Artista Cigars has announced a new offering that will make its first appearance at the IPCPR trade show later this month. The cigar is dubbed ‘Buffalo TEN,’ intended to attract smokers through a diverse tobacco selection and an affordable price point.
Buffalo TEN will launch in a singular toro format (6″ x 50, soft-pressed), featuring a blend of six different tobaccos sourced from the Americas and Caribbean. The blend begins with a Mexican San Andrés maduro wrapper and is joined by a unique Dominican Negrito binder, as well as fillers from the USA, Colombia, and the company’s own fields in the Dominican Republic. Two of the aforementioned tobaccos are exclusive to El Artista: Dominican T-13 Hybrid (found in the filler) and the Dominican Negrito binder.
The cigars are targeted for the value price range, priced at only $4.50 per cigar. El Artista says the cigars will arrive in two packaging formats: 5-packs (priced at $22.50 and held on wooden retail display trays) and singles ($4.95, held in 40-ct retail display bundles). The cigars will make their first appearance on June 29th at the IPCPR trade show in Las Vegas, and are expected to begin shipping to retailers roughly two weeks later.
