Only one year after entering the premium cigar market with the company’s eponymously titled cigar, Highclere Castle has announced they will be introducing Highclere Castle Gin at a New York City event on November 14th.
SEE ALSO:
Highclere Castle Gin is distilled at England’s oldest gin still, incorporating herbs and citrus fruit rinds from the Highclere Castle estate in Hampshire, England. This will mark the second notable cigar company to launch an accompanying gin since Matt Booth launched his Room101 gin in November 2017.
The Highclere event will be held at the Soho Grand Hotel in New York City, featuring Lord and Lady Carnarvon (the 8th Earl and current heir of Highclere Castle) in attendance. Apart from spirit samplings, there will be cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and a sampling of Highclere Castle Cigars on the Penthouse Suite Terrace, joined by Foundation Cigar Co. owner Nicholas Melillo (Highclere Castle blender) and Highclere Castle Cigars and Spirits co-founder and CEO, Adam von Gootkin.
Highclere Castle Gin is scheduled to officially debut in 2019.
