Recently, at IPCPR 2017, General Cigar honored industry legend Benji Menendez at a private celebration, held at General’s IPCPR trade show booth.

Benji Menendez’s career in the premium cigar industry spans more than 60 years, with his last major contribution being introduced in 2009 with the acclaimed Benji Menendez Partagas Master Series. Benji retired from his position as vice president of premium cigars for General Cigar Co. in 2014, but has continued to offer guidance and support for the company.

Bringing Benji back into the spotlight, General plans to host a special series of events for Partagas in spring, 2018, featuring Benji Menendez. Dates and locations will be announced in early 2018.
