Today I was a guest on Kiss My Ash Radio out of Florida, which is a radio show dedicated to the Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Fine Cigars! The show airs every Saturday morning and is hosted by Abe “Ming” Dababneh and his crew of cigar lovin’ patriots. On the show I reviewed the Espinosa Habano in toro size and let me tell you this is one great cigar.
The Espinosa is a medium bodied cigar that went absolutely PERFECT with my morning cup of coffee. The Habano wrapper is draped around Nicaraguan binder and fillers and is constructed perfectly as evidenced by it’s stellar draw.
The flavor profile on this affordable $6 stick is a creamy, luxurious gentle spice that coats your mouth in chalky smoke that is extremely satisfying. Typically I prefer ultra full bodied smokes but there are always time when you want something more in the medium range such as in the morning or possibly before a meal. I love the fact that producers such as Espinosa and his former partner in EO Brands Eddie Ortega are putting forth an effort to create ultra quality cigars at more entry level prices.
The Espinosa Habano is great from start to finish and you will be left with the feeling that you just strolled through your grandma’s spice cabinet as the subtle spices linger for hours on your taste buds.
I want to thank Abe and the gang for having me on the show and also thank Erik Espinosa for creating such a marvelous medium bodied cigar. Great stuff!
Would I Smoke This Cigar Again?
Absolutely I would smoke this cigar again, in fact I have several more of these in my humidor that I can’t wait to fire up. And for just $6 bucks I feel like I practically stole them.
