Thirty years after helping shape the Saint Luis Rey brand, Christian Eiroa is once again working with the line that helped launch his career.

Altadis U.S.A. has announced the Saint Luis Rey Eiroa 30th Anniversary, a new release that reconnects the brand with Eiroa, who originally blended Saint Luis Rey cigars in 1996 using Corojo tobacco. The new project revisits that foundation while updating the profile for current smokers.

The cigars are being produced at the C.L.E. factory in Danlรญ, Honduras, and use a blend built around Pinareรฑo and Corojo tobaccos. According to the company, the profile is intended to mirror the earlier Saint Luis Rey style while offering a medium to full experience.

โ€œSaint Luis Rey has always held a special place in my career,โ€ said Christian Eiroa. โ€œReturning to collaborate on this project 30 years later is incredibly meaningful. This cigar is about honoring the legacy of the original blend while creating something that todayโ€™s smokers can truly appreciate.โ€

The release will be offered in four vitolas, priced between $12.00 and $13.50 per cigar, and packaged in 25-count cabinet-style boxes. Distribution will be limited to brick-and-mortar retailers, with the debut scheduled for the 2026 PCA Trade Show and shipping expected to begin in April.
