Micallef Cigars has announced the “Micallef Green,” the fifth release in the company’s Color Series (following Black, Blue, Red, and Purple). The cigar will premiere virtually with Smoke Inn on Sept. 5, with nationwide shipping to Micallef retail partners beginning Sept. 8.
Built at the company’s factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, the blend features a Brazilian Mata Fina wrapper, a San Andrés Negro binder from Mexico, and Nicaraguan fillers. Micallef describes the profile as medium-to-full, with notes of cocoa, coffee, leather, dried fruit, and subtle spice, finishing clean.

As with other Color Series releases, Micallef Green is positioned for family-owned brick-and-mortar retailers (and their online storefronts), with pricing controls intended to support retailer margins.
