Foundation Cigar Company has officially begun shipping its 10-Year Aniversario cigar to select retailers across the United States. First previewed at the 2025 PCA Trade Show in New Orleans, the limited-edition release commemorates the company’s first decade in the premium cigar industry.
The cigar is presented in a 7” x 58 Salomon vitola and features a hybrid wrapper that combines Connecticut Broadleaf and Connecticut Havana Seed tobaccos, a nod to Foundation’s roots in the Connecticut River Valley. Underneath, the blend incorporates a Mata Fina Brazilian binder and Nicaraguan fillers sourced from Estelí, Jalapa, and Condega, resulting in a profile positioned as complex and balanced.
The cigar’s branding draws inspiration from the legendary image of St. George slaying the dragon, a motif intended to symbolize the resilience required to navigate challenges within the premium cigar industry, including regulatory pressures, supply chain issues, and shifting global markets.
The 10-Year Aniversario is shipping in limited quantities to Foundation’s retail partners nationwide, with demand expected to exceed availability.
