Hoyo de Monterrey is giving cigar smokers an early look at its upcoming Le Hoyo line, including the cigar as part of the newly announced Hoyo New Legends Sampler.

The four-cigar sampler features toro-sized versions of Hoyo de Monterrey Rojo, Oscuro, Shade, and the new Le Hoyo. Each cigar measures 6″ x 52, with the sampler arriving pre-humidified.

For the Le Hoyo blend, Hoyo de Monterrey has selected a Honduran OSA wrapper over a U.S. Broadleaf binder. The filler incorporates Dominican Piloto, Nicaraguan Estelí, Honduran La Entrada Corojo 2012, and Honduran Jamastran Broadleaf tobaccos. Production is handled at the HATSA factory in Honduras.

“The New Legends pack puts the best of our brand on offer for our fans. We wanted to give them the opportunity to try Le Hoyo here first alongside three classic Honduran cigars. Not only are each of the cigars incredible on their own, but together they represent different elements of the legendary Hoyo story,” said Scott Abney, brand manager for Hoyo de Monterrey.

While the sampler serves as the first release for Le Hoyo, the cigar is scheduled to receive a wider launch at a later date. At that point, Le Hoyo will be offered in three sizes: Rothschild (4½″ x 50), Toro (6″ x 52), and Gigante (6″ x 60). For now, only the Toro is available through the New Legends Sampler.

The Hoyo New Legends Sampler is priced at $27.59 MSRP and is scheduled to begin shipping to retailers in September 2026.
