CAO is set to bring back Amazon Basin Daggers, a shorter-format version of its Amazon Basin blend, for a limited release beginning June 2026.

The cigar measures 4″ x 38 and uses the same blend found in the larger Amazon Basin offerings. At the center of the recipe is Brazilian Braganรงa tobacco, a leaf harvested from the Amazon region that is collected once every three years.

“Amazon Basin fans are some of the most passionate in the cigar world, and we know how fast the larger sizes disappear,” said Cory Beardsley, brand manager for CAO. “Daggers are back for the people who missed the original drop or for those who want the Braganรงa profile but don’t have an hour and a half to commit to a Toro. Itโ€™s the same blend and the same intensity, just built to fit a shorter smoking window.”

Produced at STG Estelรญ in Nicaragua, the blend features an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and fillers from Brazil, Colombia, and the Dominican Republic.

CAO Amazon Basin Daggers will be packaged in 5-count packs with a suggested retail price of $24.99 per pack. Shipments are expected to begin in June.
