Tabacalera USA has announced a leadership change, naming Charles Gibb as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Gibb steps into the role following the tenure of Javier Estades, who led the company for 15 years. The company acknowledged Estades’ role in shaping its current structure and operations as it moves into a new phase.
Gibb comes to Tabacalera USA with a background in luxury spirits and consumer goods. He previously served as CEO of Fever-Tree North America and held a global leadership role with Belvedere Vodka under LVMH, where he focused on brand growth and distribution.

Tabacalera USA operates across multiple business units, including Altadis U.S.A., JR Cigar, and Casa de Montecristo, covering distribution, online retail, and brick-and-mortar lounge experiences.
