HVC Cigars is bringing back a name from Cuba’s past with the introduction of La Decoración, a revived brand set to debut at the 2026 PCA Trade Show in New Orleans.

The company says it previously registered the La Decoración name and has held onto it until now, positioning the release as a nod to Havana’s historic cigar culture. The new version is produced in Nicaragua and features an Ecuadorian 2000 wrapper over tobaccos from Jalapa and Estelí. The cigars are box-pressed and packaged in 20-count boxes.

According to HVC, the blend is intended to land in the medium-bodied range, with an emphasis on balance and a lingering sweetness.

“We will never forget where we come from, and La Decoración is the perfect example of our continued love for what we do,” said Reinier Lorenzo, founder and CEO of HVC Cigars.

La Decoración is expected to begin shipping to retailers in May 2026 following its PCA debut.
