Tatuaje is preparing a new limited run of its Boris Karloff cigar, continuing the theme first introduced in 2020. The project pays homage to actor Boris Karloff, whose long career included iconic roles such as Frankenstein and The Mummy, along with a range of other characters that showcased his versatility.

The idea behind the line has been to change the size with each release—mirroring Karloff’s ability to transform throughout his decades in film. For this latest edition, the cigar will arrive in a 5¼″ x 52 vitola, using an Ecuador Sumatra wrapper over a blend rolled at the My Father Cigars factory in Estelí, Nicaragua.

Packaged in 20-count boxes, the cigars carry an MSRP of $15 per cigar, with production limited to 2,000 boxes.

The cigars are expected to ship to select retailers in the second week of November, aligning with Karloff’s November 23rd birthday. As with past releases, the name and imagery are officially licensed through Karloff Enterprises and Sara Karloff.
