Black Works Studio introduced Tooth and Bear, a new cigar exclusive to Tooth & Bear Cigar Lounge in Woodland Park, Colorado. Crafted at Fabrica Oveja Negra in Esteli, Nicaragua, the cigar is a collaboration between the lounge and the factory.

“Diente Del Oso, a company from Colorado founded from a passion of fine tobacco and cigar culture, is excited to share our new cigar. Our path led us to the Oveja Negra factory, a place that felt more like an artist’s studio than a manufacturing facility. The attention to detail, the pride in every step, and the genuine care for their people were unmatched. Their passion and integrity made it clear: This was the home for our cigar. With their collaboration, we are excited to release The Tooth and Bear,” said Jake Roddick, owner of Tooth & Bear.

James Brown, creator of Black Label Trading Co. and partner at Fabrica Oveja Negra, shared his perspective: “I’m really excited about this project. It was great to be able to spend time with the team from Tooth & Bear at our factory, Oveja Negra. Smoking through tobaccos with them in person gave me insight into who they are and what they wanted for a shop exclusive. To say this cigar is unique would be a severe understatement. I would honestly say it’s very different from anything we’ve done in the past, especially considering it’s in the BLKWKS portfolio. You just have to try it for yourself.”

The Tooth and Bear cigar features a dual wrapper of Sumatra and Ecuador Habano, with an Ecuador Habano binder and Nicaraguan filler. It is available in a Corona Gorda size (5.5 x 48) in 10-count boxes, priced at $12.00 per cigar.
