Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust announced the release of several new products which are set to debut at the Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show in New Orleans, beginning April 12, 2025. The New Hampshire-based company, led by founder Steve Saka, will present these products to retailers, with availability starting as early as April 2025 and extending through October.

The lineup includes the Sobremesa Solita “Red” (6.25 x 46), a limited-production cigar made at Joya de Nicaragua, S.A., featuring an Ecuador Habano wrapper and a blend of Nicaraguan and Pennsylvania tobaccos. The Umbagog Bronzeback Robusto (5.00 x 52), a regular-production robusto, follows its recognition on Halfwheel’s 2024 Consensus list and will be crafted at Nicaraguan American Cigars, S.A. (NACSA). Other regular-production releases include the Red Meat Lovers “Fritanga” (6.00 x 52), a spicier take on its predecessor, and the Mi Querida Gorila Gordo (6.00 x 60), both produced at NACSA.

DTT will also introduce two samplers: the “Essentials” Sampler, a seven-cigar collection of core blends, and the “Deep Cuts” Sampler, an 11-cigar limited set including a new Sin Compromiso “Word of Saka.” To mark its 10th anniversary, the DTT 10th Jubilee (5.63 x 48) will feature an Ecuador Sumatran wrapper, with production limited to 13-count boxes.

“2025 marks the tenth year since we started our small family cigar business,” said Steve Saka, Founder and Co-Owner. “It hasn’t been easy; in fact, I would argue I couldn’t have picked a worse time to do so. Within a year we faced crippling FDA regulations, followed by civil unrest in Nicaragua in 2018, to then be plunged into a worldwide pandemic, followed by hyper-inflation and now a looming 18% import tariff.” Saka noted the company’s resilience amid these challenges, adding, “We are beyond thankful for the blessings graciously afforded us by our Patrons.”
