Crux Cigars is preparing to unveil its latest offering, the Marblehead, at the PCA 2025 event in New Orleans. The cigar will be available in two sizes: a 6 x 50 Toro and a 6 x 60 Gordo, each priced below $10 MSRP. The Marblehead features a distinctive cap design, originally seen in the Bull & Bear Marblehead Gordo, aimed at improving draw consistency and comfort, especially in larger ring gauges.
The new cigar builds on the groundwork laid by the Epicure Habano, with Crux aiming to craft an option suited for daily smoking. The blend combines an Ecuadorian Colorado Habano wrapper with Nicaraguan and Indonesian binders and fillers, creating a profile intended to balance complexity and accessibility. Retailers will receive the cigars in 60-count trays or 20-count refill bundles, offering flexibility for display and sales.
“The Marblehead is designed to be your go-to daily cigar—a blend that hits above its price point with flavor, performance, and consistency,” said Jeff Haugen, owner of Crux Cigars. The company positions the Marblehead as a practical choice for regular enjoyment, focusing on quality within an affordable range.
Both vitolas will be available for order following their debut at PCA 2025, with the Toro priced at $7.99 MSRP and the Gordo at $8.99 MSRP. The introduction reflects Crux’s ongoing effort to meet the needs of cigar enthusiasts and retailers alike.
