The Cayman Cigar Company will showcase changes to its offerings at the 2025 PCA Trade Show in New Orleans. The company is updating its core lines—Mariner, Sovereign II, and Monarch—while introducing a new cigar called The Doubloon.
The refreshed core lines will include new packaging and branding, a shift to 20-count boxes, and additional sizes: Toro (6×56) and Gordo (6×60). The Robusto size will also see a slight adjustment, moving from 5×50 to 5×52. Production for these lines will occur at Tabacalera la Isla, with shipping expected in Q3 2025.
The Doubloon, a new addition to the lineup, is being crafted at Tabacalera Familia Disla SA in Nicaragua under blender Esteban Disla. It features a San Andres wrapper and will be available in three sizes: Robusto (5×52), Toro (6×56), and Gordo (6×60), also packaged in 20-count boxes. This blend targets cigar smokers looking for a fuller experience, with shipping planned for Q3 2025.
Based in Grand Cayman, Cayman Cigar Company focuses on small-batch production and ties its work to Caribbean traditions. The company also directs all net profits to charities supporting entrepreneurship in marginalized communities, American veterans, and addiction recovery programs.
