Diesel has introduced a new size to its Vintage Series Maduro and Vintage Series Natural lines with the addition of a 6” x 60 Gigante. This new frontmark joins the existing offerings, bringing a larger format to both collections.

The Vintage Series Maduro debuted in 2023, followed by the Vintage Series Natural in 2024. Both lines feature filler tobaccos aged between five and eight years. The Maduro version pairs a Mexican San Andrés wrapper with Nicaraguan Habano tobaccos, while the Natural uses an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over the same binder and filler blend. Tasting notes for the Maduro include cocoa, leather, and hazelnut, while the Natural offers cream, earth, and spice.

Developed through a partnership between AJ Fernandez and Justin Andrews of Scandinavian Tobacco Group, the Vintage Series Maduro laid the groundwork for the line. Joe Krzyston, Assistant Brand Manager of Diesel Cigars, commented, “The Diesel Vintage Series Gigante line extension is everything fans want. More vintage tobacco, more expressions of great blends, and bolder Diesel flavor — across both our Maduro and Natural lines. If you loved Diesel Vintage Series before, you owe it to yourself to try this great, new frontmark.”

Shipping to retailers began in early March from Tabacalera AJ Fernandez Cigars de Nicaragua S.A. The Gigante size is now a permanent addition, available in 20-count boxes priced at $8.99 per cigar for both the Maduro and Natural variants. Other sizes in the Vintage Series include Double Corona, Toro, Rabito, Robusto Gordo, and Pico Gordo.
