Lure Cigars has announced the launch of its third core line, Oscuro, featuring two vitolas: The Big Joe (Toro) and The Little Joe (Robusto). This addition follows the company’s previous Habano and Corojo Oscuro releases.
The Oscuro blend consists of a Nicaraguan Oscuro Maduro wrapper, an Estelí binder, and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos, including Ometepe ligero. It is described as a full-bodied cigar with flavors of dark roast coffee, leather, dry cocoa, black peppercorn, and dark spices.
The cigars will be available in packs of 10 with Boveda humidification and a limited-edition sticker. The release is set to begin shipping to retailers on February 28, 2024.
Prices are set at $12.00 per cigar for The Lil’ Joe (5 x 52 Robusto) and $13.00 per cigar for The Big Joe (6 x 52 Toro).
