Gurkha has announced a change in packaging for its Heritage cigar line. The Gurkha Heritage and Heritage Maduro cigars will now be offered in a smaller, 15-count box instead of the original 25-count box.

The decision to reduce box size aligns with shifts in market demand, aiming to make the line more accessible for retailers and consumers. “The market has changed, and we are evolving with it,” stated Juan Lopez, Vice President of Sales at Gurkha Cigar Group.

Jim Colucci, President of Gurkha Cigar Group, added that the reduced box size could make it easier for retailers to stock Gurkha products given limited shelf space in humidors. The updated 15-count boxes of Heritage and Heritage Maduro cigars, priced at $9.50 for Robusto and $10.50 for Toro, are now shipping to retailers.

Gurkha will begin to ship the 15 count Heritage and Heritage Maduro boxes to retailers this week. Both Heritage and Heritage Maduro cigars boast a retail price of $9.50 for a Robusto and $10.50 for a Toro.
