United Cigars have announced a limited edition cigar that will benefit families of Navy Seals called the Gold Star Limited Edition which will be released at this year’s PCA in Las Vegas. The new cigar line will be produced at the Tabacalera William Ventura Cigar Factory in the Dominican Republic. The release will be available in one vitola measuring 6” x 54 and will be presented in 20-count boxes.
Limited to 4,000 cigars, this release honors the Navy Seals’ dedication and support of our way of life. This program will bring awareness to their work and support the families of the fallen. 200 numbered boxes have been manufactured for this project, 25 boxes will adorn the signatures of active and retired Navy Seals. These signed boxes will be donated to raise charitable funds at auction for the Navy Seal Museum Trident House Charities and Swim With A Mission. (www.SWAM.org) This rare collection is expected to attract not only cigar aficionados but also collectors and supporters of military charities.
“We are honored to be included in the launch of the Gold Star brand,” said Board Member Jeff Hiatt. “We have known that United Cigar is a patriotically minded organization, this really proves that they are putting their money where their mouth is!”
