In celebration of the company’s fourth anniversary, All Saints Cigars has re-made their original Solamente cigar, coinciding with All Saints’ Day on Nov. 1st.

The cigars were first showcased by All Saints this summer at the 2023 PCA trade show in Las Vegas, and are now shipping to retailers. Solamente was first rolled in 2017, though the limited cigars didn’t make it to market until 2020.

With the updated version, the cigars are rolled in the same 5″ x 58 format as the original, using the same blend of an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, Nicaraguan binder, and fillers from Nicaragua and Honduras. Despite this, there are some subtle variations, with Micky Pegg, co-founder of All Saints, noting in an interview with Cigar Dojo that the wrapper is a slightly darker (closer to oscuro) shade, and that added portions of the interior recipe come from Aganorsa’s famed Jalapa fields.

“We strive for superior craftsmanship, always pushing the boundaries of tradition and innovation,” states Micky Pegg. “The Solamente isn’t just a product, it’s the culmination of our passion for the craft. Celebrate All Saints Day with Solamente, and let the festivities begin.”

Other changes come in the form of packaging, switching to a white color scheme for the boxes and bands, as well as packaging 23 cigars per box (to signify 2023). The cigars are priced higher as well, coming in at $20 MSRP per cigar, as opposed to the $11.95 of the original release. Solamente 2023 is rolled out of Rocky Patel’s TAVICUSA factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, with 500 boxes (11,500 cigars) made for this release.
