Quality Importers Trading Company (QI) has announced that Michael Giannini has joined its senior management team in the newly created position Chief of Customer Engagement. Michael will be in charge of Sales, Marketing, and Messaging initiatives of the company.
Most recently Giannini was the Creative Director and General Manager for Ventura Cigar Company.
