Skip Martin, co-owner of RoMa Craft Tobac, guides Cigar Dojo through the updated RoMa Craft booth at IPCPR 2019. Aside from the various limited-edition offshoots dotted throughout the year (Whiskey Rebellion 1794 Pennsatucky, CRAFT, WitchCraft, etc.), it’s not often that the company debuts new core-line cigars. This was not the case at IPCPR 2019, with the company showcasing Baka—arguably the most buzzed-about cigar at the entire event.

Baka is RoMa Craft’s take on a Cameroon-wrapped cigar, with a very limited number (est. 2,000 boxes split between two sizes) being released this November.

Neanderthal LH is a new, box-pressed format in the Neanderthal lineup, featuring a tweaked blend that includes a sickening amount of the cigar’s signature, Pennsylvania-grown, Green River Sucker One ligero within the filler.

Other additions included a new Fiorella (5¾” x 46) size in the Wunder|Lust lineup, the national launch of Whiskey Rebellion 1794, and a custom-designed beer growler for those visiting the RoMa Craft headquarters in Austin.
