C.L.E. Cigar Company, owned by Christian Eiroa, has announced the return of theย Wynwood cigar brand, now known asย Wynwood Hills.

Wynwood Hills launches with three cigars, each being rolled in a singular, 4ยฝ” x 50 rothschild vitola. The cigars are billed as medium to full in body, utilizing three wrapper varietals to make each blend unique.

  • Unhinged:ย Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper
  • Mayhem: Authentic Corojo wrapper
  • Deranged:ย US-grown Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper

Wynwood originally debuted in the early months of 2012 as a joint effort betweenย Christian Eiroa and Robert Caldwell, offering artistically geared cigars that were rolled at the newly openedย Wynwood Cigar Factory in Miami’s burgeoningย Wynwood art district. Roughly 10 months after the company’s inception, Robert Caldwell left to form Caldwell Cigar Co., and theย Wynwood-based factory subsequently closed. Since this time, C.L.E. has held onto theย Wynwood naming rights, with the cigars being included on the company’s website ever sinceโ€”alluding to the possibility that the brand had the potential to one day return.

Wynwood Hills cigars are expected to arrive at retail shelves in November.
