After more than six years with My Cigar Pack, founder Alexander Berezowski has announced that he has sold his ownership stake in the cigar subscription company to his longtime business partner.

According to the announcement, the change affects ownership only. The company says day-to-day operations, customer service, and its relationships with members and industry partners will continue under the existing leadership team.

Berezowski said he plans to shift his attention to Tobacco Tactical, where he is a partner. His focus will be on expanding the brand’s retail presence and continuing its growth within the premium cigar industry.

“My Cigar Pack has been an incredible chapter of my life. I’m extremely proud of everything we all built together over the past six years and confident in the team that will continue leading the company. This transition has been carefully planned, and I know the business will continue operating with the same standards that our customers have come to expect.”

He added that the decision came as he looked toward new opportunities.

“I’ve reached a point where I want to dedicate 100% of my professional energy to the opportunities ahead. While stepping away from My Cigar Pack wasn’t an easy decision, it is the right one.”

Berezowski also thanked the people who helped support the company during its first six years.

“My deepest thanks go to everyone who has supported My Cigar Pack over the years, from every single customer, manufacturing partners, brands, retailers, collaborators, and every single person that ever pushed the MCP name forward. It has been an incredible privilege to be part of this company and this community. I look forward to continuing to contribute to the premium cigar world.”
