The Premium Cigar Association (PCA) is expanding its international presence through a new limited edition cigar created in partnership with The Leaf Master Tobacco Trading and La Palina Cigars.
Named Yalla Habeebi, the release is being introduced for the second annual World Cigar Show in Dubai, scheduled for November 10 through 13. According to the companies, it is the first premium cigar produced specifically as a PCA international exclusive. A portion of proceeds from each cigar sold will go toward supporting the association’s advocacy efforts.
The cigar is based on La Palina’s Goldie blend and features artwork and packaging created specifically for the Dubai event. The name, “Yalla Habeebi,” is a common Middle Eastern expression associated with friendship and hospitality.
“This is much more than a cigar launch,” said Ra’ed Saqfelhait, managing partner of The Leaf Master. “It is a celebration of friendship, collaboration and the remarkable growth of the premium cigar community in our region. To partner with the Premium Cigar Association and La Palina on PCA’s first international exclusive cigar is a tremendous honor. Together, we are celebrating not only the World Cigar Show, but also the remarkable growth and global future of premium cigars throughout the Gulf.”
PCA CEO Joshua Habursky said the project reflects the organization’s efforts to grow its presence outside North America.
“The World Cigar Show has quickly become one of the most important international gatherings for premium cigar enthusiasts, retailers and manufacturers,” said Habursky. “Launching PCA’s first international cigar alongside industry-leading partners like The Leaf Master and La Palina reflects our commitment to expanding PCA’s global presence while creating meaningful value for members, manufacturers and premium cigar enthusiasts worldwide. This year’s event will also feature an expanded lineup of educational programming, exclusive publications and regional networking opportunities that further strengthen PCA’s international engagement.”
Production details, pricing, and box counts have not yet been announced.
The cigar will debut during the World Cigar Show’s opening night event in Dubai and will be available exclusively throughout Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. PCA also says the cigar will make a one-time appearance at the 2027 PCA Trade Show in Las Vegas, giving U.S. retailers an opportunity to sample the release.
