Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) is expanding its portfolio of ready-to-smoke sampler packs with new offerings from both CAO and La Gloria Cubana. The two collections are designed to showcase some of each brand’s core blends while giving smokers an easy way to experience multiple expressions in a single package.
The first release is the CAO FASA Sampler, a six-cigar humidified Fresh Pack that includes the complete FASA trilogy. Each sampler contains two cigars from each line—Sombra, Sol, and Noche—in Toro and Gigante sizes. The cigars share a common blend of Nicaraguan and Dominican fillers while showcasing three different wrapper styles: Ecuadorian Shade on Sombra, Honduran OSA Sol on Sol, and Connecticut Broadleaf on Noche.
“The FASA line is all about having the right smoke for the right moment,” said Cory Beardsley, brand manager for CAO. “With this sampler, we’re putting the entire lineup in one pack so you can tailor your smoking experience to your day. Whether you want the smooth creaminess of Sombra in the morning, the spice of Sol in the afternoon, or the intensity of Noche at night, it’s all right there.”
The second release is a new La Gloria Cubana 4-Pack Sampler, which brings together four of the brand’s core blends: Classic Wavell, Serie R, Serie R Estelí, and Serie S. According to STG, each blend has earned a 90-plus rating, with Serie R Estelí receiving Top 25 recognition. The sampler includes one cigar from each line, spanning several wrapper styles and strength profiles.

The CAO FASA Sampler carries an MSRP of $43.99 for six cigars and began shipping June 1. The La Gloria Cubana 4-Pack Sampler has an MSRP of $29.99 and is scheduled to ship to retailers beginning in June. Both products are intended as regular-production additions to their respective brand lineups.
