A new cigar brand is entering the market with a three-blend debut.
Pariah Cigars has announced No.39, the first release from the company founded by Daniel Lance and Esteban Disla, with Kevin Baxter serving as master blender. The launch includes three versions of the cigar: Black No.39, White No.39, and Red No.39.
All three are being introduced in a 7 x 60 box-pressed Super Toro format, with each blend distinguished by a different wrapper. Black No.39 uses a Mexican San Andrรฉs wrapper, White No.39 uses a Casjuca Connecticut wrapper, and Red No.39 uses an Ecuador Sumatra wrapper. Pariah says additional sizes are planned for later.
According to the company, the name comes from Baxterโs long-standing connection to the number 13. After three blends emerged from the initial blending session, the company landed on 39 as the number tying the first release together.
Pricing is set at $13.99 per cigar, with the cigars packaged in 40-count boxes carrying an MSRP of $559.60. Pariah says No.39 is expected to ship in May and will be shown at PCA 2026 in booth 1425.
โKevin is, in my opinion, the best example of a master blender earning his stripes through trial and error. Without coming from an apprenticeship at a major factory, he has still managed to craft cigars that have sold by the millions.โ
