HVC Cigars is adding a new format to its 500th Anniversary line with the introduction of its first-ever lancero, set to debut at the 2026 PCA Trade Show in New Orleans.
The release marks the first time the company has produced a lancero, a 7½ x 38 vitola known for its slimmer ring gauge and emphasis on wrapper-driven flavor. The cigar joins the existing 500th Anniversary lineup, which was created to commemorate the founding of Havana in 1519.
Production will be limited to 500 boxes, with each box containing 10 cigars. Pricing is set at $12.80 per cigar, and the company says the release is expected to ship around Father’s Day 2026.

The lancero will make its debut during PCA 2026, with distribution to follow shortly after.
