Cayman Cigar Company has announced a change to its sales structure, bringing longtime industry figure Sean Hardiman onto the team as Eastern U.S. Regional Sales Manager.

Hardiman will oversee the companyโ€™s sales efforts throughout the eastern United States. At the same time, Jared Biocca, who has more than 30 years of industry experience, will manage the western region. The move is part of a broader restructuring of the companyโ€™s sales operations.

Before joining Cayman Cigar Company, Hardiman served as National Sales Manager for Forged Cigar Company from 2021 through July 2025.

โ€œI had the opportunity to have detailed discussions with Scott, Granger, and the team at Cayman Cigar Company and it felt like a great opportunity for me. To work with great people in the Industry I love, while supporting various charities is an opportunity I could not turn down. To sell great cigars, with proceeds going to support entrepreneurship opportunities for marginalized populations, American veterans, and people trying to recover from addiction feels like an opportunity I can truly put all my effort behind. I look forward to getting out there to meet our great retail partners and their customers.โ€ โ€“ Sean Hardiman

Hardiman joins a team that includes Anthony Cantelmo and Rob Villalobos. Cantelmo previously served as Director of Digital Marketing for Scandinavian Tobacco Group and has worked with companies such as La Flor Dominicana, Crowned Heads, Black Label Trading Co., and AJ Fernandez. Villalobos has experience managing several Phoenix-area cigar retailers, including Fox Cigar Bar and Castroโ€™s Cigar Lounge, and has also worked with Gran Habano.

Cayman Cigar Company says it will introduce the expanded sales team to retailers during the 2026 PCA Trade Show, where the company will exhibit at booth #1755.

The company directs all of its net profits toward charitable causes that support entrepreneurship programs, veterans, and addiction recovery initiatives.
