Premium Cigar Association (PCA) has announced the results of its 2026 Board of Directors election, with three new members elected and two current board members returning for additional terms.
The election followed a nomination and proxy voting process open to eligible PCA members. All board members serve three-year terms and must maintain active membership while completing the associationโs formal nomination requirements.

For this election cycle, nominations were accepted through December 31, 2025, with proxy voting conducted from January 12โ16, 2026. The newly elected and re-elected board members will be formally approved by the general membership on Friday, April 16, during the PCA 2026 Trade Show in New Orleans.
According to the association, recent board leadership has coincided with increased organizational growth.
โThe association experienced the largest growth in terms of membership, attendance, and revenue in 2025 in the last decade and that is a result of strategic decisions made by the Board of Directors and the effective execution of those decisions by the staff. I look forward to working with the newly elected board members to continue this upward momentum,โ said Joshua Habursky, Chief Executive Officer of the Premium Cigar Association.
Board President Todd Naifeh also noted increased engagement in the election process.
โThe last two years the association saw increased participation in the Board Elections, and we sincerely appreciate everyone who applied, was nominated, and was ultimately elected to serve. I look forward to working with the newly elected board members as we tackle an ambitious agenda from modernizing the association to education initiatives, new event programming, and our staple programs of advocacy and trade show,โ Naifeh said.
The PCA Board of Directors plays a central role in shaping the associationโs advocacy efforts, member programming, trade show operations, and long-term strategy for the premium cigar industry. Board service offers members the opportunity to contribute leadership and industry perspective during a period of ongoing regulatory and marketplace change.
