JM Tobacco has announced JM’s Aniversario 25, a commemorative release scheduled to debut at TPE 2026, marking 25 years since the launch of JM’s Cigars and honoring the legacy of founder John Mahroukian.
According to the company, JM’s Aniversario 25 represents a notable shift for the brand’s Dominican-made portfolio. While JM’s cigars have traditionally featured Cuban-sandwich construction, the Aniversario 25 is produced entirely with long-filler tobaccos. JM Tobacco says the change reflects an evolution in the brand’s approach while maintaining its longstanding emphasis on value and accessibility.
Another first for the company is the decision to package the cigars in tubes. Each box will include a personal note from John Mahroukian reflecting on the brand’s history, its customers, and the principles that have guided JM Tobacco over the past quarter century.
JM’s Aniversario 25 will be offered in a single vitola—the Churchill, long regarded as the brand’s most recognizable size. The release will feature two blends, Connecticut and Maduro, with both retailing for $8 per cigar. Cigars will be sold in boxes of 20 tubes.
“JM’s has always been about consistency, honesty, and putting the smoker first,” said Anto Mahroukian. “JM’s Aniversario 25 is a celebration of the past 25 years, but also a statement about where we’re going, honoring tradition while continuing to evolve.”
JM Tobacco notes that the Aniversario 25 serves as both a tribute to the company’s history and a signal of its direction moving forward. The cigar will make its official debut at TPE 2026.
