As the holiday season approaches, General Cigar Co. is rolling out two limited-edition releases aimed at very different corners of the premium cigar world. Cohiba is extending its ongoing collaboration with Weller Bourbon through a new commemorative set, while Macanudo is offering a flavored sampler geared toward coffee enthusiasts.

The Weller by Cohiba Holiday Humidor Gift Set brings together four cigars from the projectโ€™s 2022โ€“2025 runโ€”some of which havenโ€™t been available for yearsโ€”paired with two Cohiba x Weller whiskey glasses. The set is positioned as a curated look at how the partnership has evolved, tracing changes in barrel aging and tobacco selection across each annual release.

โ€œOur collaboration with Weller continues to be a unique partnership between two iconic brands committed to bringing exceptional offerings to the market,โ€ said Sean Williams, Cohiba Brand Ambassador. โ€œThis year’s holiday release is exactly that, with a four-year flight of Weller by Cohiba blends showcasing the best of our tobacco elevated with the aging in Weller barrels set aside for this terrific project.โ€

Each year in the series highlights a different Weller Bourbon influenceโ€”from the original 2022 blend to the newest 2025 edition featuring a Broadleaf binder aged in Weller Antique 107 barrels. The gift set is expected to arrive at retailers in December with limited availability.

Meanwhile, Macanudo is releasing its own holiday offering: the M by Macanudo Coffee & Espresso Gift Set, a sampler focused on flavored cigars. The package includes seven Torosโ€”four from the M Coffee line and three from M Espresso with Creamโ€”along with a Macanudo-branded camp mug.

โ€œThe holidays are about being together with friends and family, and this sampler was created with that in mind,โ€ said Matt Wilson, Senior Brand Manager for Macanudo. โ€œWhether youโ€™re gifting the entire box or sharing it during a gathering, the set has something for everyone to enjoy.โ€

The Macanudo sampler will also begin shipping to retailers in December.

Together, the releases give enthusiasts options on both ends of the spectrum: a bourbon-barrel-focused retrospective from Cohiba and Weller, and a coffee-inspired flavored lineup from Macanudoโ€”each taking its own approach to seasonal gifting.
