Aganorsa Leaf has confirmed that 58 of its cigar products have been submitted to California’s Unflavored Tobacco Listing (UTL) database, a step required under the state’s latest regulatory measures for tobacco products. The move allows the company to keep much of its portfolio available for sale and distribution in California.
“Regulatory compliance is an essential part of doing business in today’s environment,” said Terence Reilly, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Aganorsa Leaf. “California is an important market for premium cigars, and we want to ensure that our retail partners and consumers there continue to have access to the majority of the Aganorsa portfolio without disruption.”
The submission includes cigars from across Aganorsa’s key lines, such as Aniversario, Validation, Arsenio, Lunatic, JFR, Guardian of the Farm, and New Cuba. Additional product submissions are planned in the weeks ahead.
Reilly emphasized that the company will continue to track regulatory changes across the country: “We’re committed to operating with transparency and professionalism. Our team continues to monitor regulatory developments nationwide to ensure Aganorsa remains compliant across all markets.”
Headquartered in Miami with extensive growing operations in Nicaragua, Aganorsa Leaf is a vertically integrated cigar maker known for its Nicaraguan tobaccos and portfolio of premium blends.
