Gurkha Cigar Group has announced the company’s lineup of new releases to be unveiled at next month’s PCA 2024 trade show, most notably including the launch of Tyson 2.0 Undisputed, a new collaboration with Mike Tyson and his teams at LGNDS and Carma HoldCo.

Tyson 2.0 Undisputed is being rolled out of the Tabacalera El Artista S.R.L. factory in the DR—a frequent manufacturing partner for Gurkha in recent years. The cigars will be offered in two varieties: Tyson 2.0 Undisputed Habano and Tyson 2.0 Undisputed Maduro, with the former packaged in a gold metallic box and the latter a black box.

“Our collaboration with Mike Tyson and his teams at LGNDS and Carma HoldCo is a very unique one. We believe we’ve chosen the perfect blends together to represent the Tyson 2.0 brand,” commented Jim Colucci, President of Gurkha Cigars. “What’s even better is that we can expect to see Mike Tyson make an appearance at the trade show.”

While full details on the cigars’ blends were not listed in a press release from the company, it was revealed that the Maduro uses a Mexican San Andrés wrapper, while the Habano is self-explanatory. The cigars are described as being medium bodied, with the Habano having “earthy notes with some pepper, toast, and spiciness,” while the Maduro offers “dark chocolate and peppery spices.”

Sozon Lyras of Lgnds commented, “We are equally as excited about the collaboration with Gurkha Cigar Group. We look forward to launching this amongst many other future projects together under the Tyson 2.0 brand.”

While not specifically mentioned in Gurkha’s press release, the cigars appear to be packaged in 10-count boxes, with the Habano arriving in a 6″ x 54 format, while the Maduro is sized at 7″ x 60. This translates to starting price points of $19.00-$19.90 MSRP. The cigars will make their debut at next month’s PCA trade show, taking place from March 22–25, where Mike Tyson will reportedly make an appearance.
