Drew Estate has announced event details and dates for the company’s growing Barn Smoker events throughout the country. In 2019, the Barn Smoker season begins with the Florida Barn Smoker (May 18th) and finishes with the Louisiana Barn Smoker in October.
At this time, only the first two events (Florida and Pennsylvania) have tickets available for purchase, with the remaining three to be announced throughout the year. Expanding on years past, the 2019 Barn Smokers will be adding VIP ticket options, giving attendees added perks, including an intimate dinner with Jonathan Drew, Willy Herrera, and more; three rare DE cigars; a premium swag package; and more. In addition, the events are said to now embody more of a cigar-festival atmosphere, hinting at additional companies/brands being in attendance.
Drwe Estate launched the Barn Smoker program in 2014, where the brand hosted the first event in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, providing an up-close look at the fire-curing process used in their Kentucky Fire Cured cigars. The events have gradually expanded year over year, now including five locations across the country. “Drew Estate Barn Smoker highlights the American Tobacco Experience, bringing the cigar enthusiast to the field and farm level by teaching them the full gamut of growing, processing, and manufacture of premium cigars.”
