Drew Estate is expanding its Undercrown 10 lineup, adding a 6″ x 60 Gordo as the fifth size in the series.

The Undercrown 10 Gordo uses the same blend as the rest of the line, pairing a Mexican San Andrรฉs maduro wrapper with a Connecticut Broadleaf binder and fillers from Nicaragua and Honduras.

Undercrown 10 debuted in 2021 to mark the 10th anniversary of the Undercrown brand. The original Undercrown was developed by workers at Drew Estate’s La Gran Fabrica factory in Nicaragua, using tobaccos available to them as an alternative to smoking Liga Privada cigars.

The new Gordo becomes the fifth vitola in the Undercrown 10 lineup and will be packaged in 10-count boxes. Pricing is set at $168 per box, or $16.80 per cigar.

“Undercrown 10 is an incredible medium-to-full-bodied masterpiece at its core, and a blend we all celebrate every single day here at La Gran Fabrica Drew Estate. With this massive new Gordo size, it becomes the ultimate smoke for any big celebration. ยกNo Jodas! It’s a bigger bang for your buck, bringing out that fine, spicy Mexican hot chocolate profile like nothing else,” said La Gran Fabrica spokesperson Pedro Gomez.

The Gordo follows the recent introduction of Undercrown El Tigre, another addition to the broader Undercrown portfolio.

Drew Estate says the Undercrown 10 Gordo is shipping to retailers now.
