Casa 1910 has announced a leadership change, promoting Rob Maneson to Chief Executive Officer as the company continues to develop its global operations.

The appointment, announced March 2 from Mexico City, places Maneson in charge at a time when Casa 1910 is transitioning from its early growth phase into a more structured international business. According to the company, Maneson has been closely involved in shaping its commercial strategy and global positioning and is also an investor in the brand.

Co-Founder Jamie Baer described the move as part of the companyโ€™s evolution.

โ€œRobโ€™s promotion to CEO represents the natural progression of Casa 1910 as we mature as an organization,โ€ said Baer. โ€œOver the past several years, weโ€™ve built strong momentum in key markets. Now, as we transition from an entrepreneurial phase into a more structured global company, Robโ€™s strategic mindset, operational rigor, and long-term alignment as an investor make him the right leader to guide this next chapter.โ€

Co-Founder Serge Bollag emphasized the companyโ€™s focus on long-term stability and infrastructure.

โ€œThis move is about more than growth โ€” itโ€™s about building a durable business with the right leadership and infrastructure in place. Rob has been instrumental in strengthening our commercial foundation, refining our distribution strategy, and helping us think long term. His expanded role reinforces our commitment to disciplined expansion and thoughtful brand building.โ€

Under Manesonโ€™s leadership, Casa 1910 plans to concentrate on strengthening internal operations, refining supply chain and distribution systems, expanding international partnerships, and continuing product development centered on Mexican tobacco.

โ€œI am honored to step into the role of CEO at this important stage in Casa 1910โ€™s journey,โ€ said Maneson. โ€œJamie and Serge have built an extraordinary foundation rooted in passion and vision. My focus now is to build on that entrepreneurial spirit with the structure, systems, and leadership required to scale responsibly. As both an investor and operator, I am fully committed to ensuring Casa 1910 grows not only in size, but in strength, stability, and long-term impact.โ€

Founded with an emphasis on showcasing Mexicoโ€™s tobacco heritage, Casa 1910 has positioned itself around San Andrรฉs Valley tobacco and Mexican craftsmanship.

The leadership shift signals a continued push toward formalizing its executive structure as the brand expands its presence in the premium cigar market.
