Casa Carrillo has announced the third campaign of its Legacy League sweepstakes series, which will highlight the upcoming release of a new cigar called Pledge Purple.
Legacy League is a digital contest that runs through six campaigns during the year. Each campaign focuses on a different cigar from the Casa Carrillo portfolio while giving participants a chance to win prizes and accumulate entries toward a larger grand prize to be awarded later in the year.
The newest campaign centers on Pledge Purple, a limited-production cigar that expands the companyโs Pledge lineup. While the cigar uses the same wrapper as the Pledge Prequel, Casa Carrillo says the blend itself is different from previous releases in the series.
Pledge Purple will be packaged in boxes of 10 and carry a suggested retail price of $18 per cigar. The company says the cigar is being produced in limited quantities.
Participants in the campaign can earn entries by completing various online actions such as following Casa Carrillo on social media or interacting with campaign content. Entries collected during each campaign carry forward, allowing participants to build toward the Legacy League Grand Prize.
For the Pledge Purple campaign, one grand campaign winner will receive a box of Pledge Purple along with 10 Pledge Prequel cigars. Nine additional winners will each receive one Pledge Purple cigar and one Pledge Prequel cigar.
Casa Carrillo plans to announce the winners on March 24 at 5:30 p.m. EST during a livestream on the companyโs YouTube channel hosted by Lissette Perez-Carrillo. The broadcast will also preview the next campaign in the Legacy League series.
Last yearโs grand prize included a Casa Carrillo humidor filled with 50 cigars from across the companyโs portfolio. Details for the 2026 grand prize are expected to be revealed later in the campaign cycle.
