Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust’s StillWell Star collection is entering a period of transition, with several of the original blends being discontinued as the brand prepares for a refreshed lineup.
According to inventory updates shared by Steve Saka on social media and on his recent Smoke Night LIVE appearance, production has ceased on multiple StillWell Star expressions to make room for the next generation of the line, which is expected to be introduced at the PCA 2026 Trade Show. The only StillWell Star cigar from the original portfolio that will continue under a revised frontmark is the Aromatic No. 1, which is being renamed the Aromatic Dulce Maduro Toro. A second size, the Aromatic Dulce Maduro Petit Robusto, will also be added.
While details on other forthcoming blends are expected in late March, the immediate focus is on the remaining stock of existing StillWell Star cigars. Current inventory levels reported include:
- StillWell Star Aromatic No. 1 – Sold Out
- StillWell Star Aromatic No. 22 – Fewer than 100 boxes
- StillWell Star English No. 27 – Sold Out
- StillWell Star Bayou No. 32 – 5 boxes
- StillWell Star Navy No. 1056 – Sold Out
- Holiday (All Years) – Sold Out
Saka noted that these figures reflect what remains “in the wild,” and that what’s available now is largely all there will be of these releases. In a message to customers, they reiterated the value of advance notice on discontinued production, saying this serves as a final alert for enthusiasts hoping to acquire any remaining stock.
More detailed information on the revamped StillWell Star line and the two additional blends slated for release will be shared in late March.
