Plasencia Cigars has confirmed that a fire occurred at one of its farms in Nicaragua earlier today. According to the company, the situation has been contained and is under control, with no injuries reported.

The incident took place at a farm located in the Estelรญ region, a key hub for Nicaraguaโ€™s premium tobacco production. Plasencia stated that its emergency action plans and safety protocols were immediately implemented, working in coordination with local authorities to manage the situation.

The company expressed appreciation for the response from the Estelรญ Fire Department and other first responders who assisted at the scene.
