Gurkha Cigar Group has begun shipping its newly updated Ghost Baggie sampler pack, following its debut at the 2025 PCA trade show in April. The sampler features redesigned packaging intended to improve freshness and provide a modernized look.

Each Ghost Baggie includes six cigars in Gurkha’s 6 x 54 “Asura” vitola—two each from the Ghost Original, Ghost Gold, and Ghost Connecticut lines. All three blends are handcrafted in the Dominican Republic.

The breakdown of the sampler includes:

  • 2 Ghost Original (Maduro): A medium-bodied cigar featuring a dark Brazilian Arapiraca Maduro wrapper, Criollo ’98 binder, and fillers from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua.
  • 2 Ghost Gold (Habano): Uses an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, Criollo ’98 binder, and offers notes of black pepper and cinnamon.
  • 2 Ghost Connecticut: Features an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, a Mexican binder, and a filler blend from Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, and the U.S.

The six-cigar sampler has a suggested retail price of $43.00.

“Ever since we debuted the Ghost Baggie sampler pack at the PCA trade show, the amount of buzz it received has brought us to a point where our only choice is to give the people what they want,” said Juan Lopez, Vice President of Sales at Gurkha Cigars. “We’re proud to deliver this variety pack of such heavy hitters to our consumers so they can be impressed over and over with a plethora of luxury cigars.”

Originally introduced in 2012, the Ghost line remains one of Gurkha’s core offerings. The new sampler gives smokers an opportunity to explore the full range of the Ghost series in a single package.
