Joya de Nicaragua has announced the release of the Antaño CT Gran Consul, a new addition to its Antaño CT line. This limited-edition cigar, measuring 4 ¾ x 60, is exclusive to members of the company’s Club de Amigos of JDN program, with only 250 boxes produced.
The Antaño CT blend features an Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper, a Nicaraguan binder, and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos. It will be offered in 20-count boxes, priced at $11.00 per cigar or $220.00 per box. The Gran Consul size has previously appeared in other Antaño lines.
The cigar will be introduced at the PCA 2025 Convention and Trade Show in New Orleans this April, with shipping to retailers starting in May. Orders will be available only to Club de Amigos members at the Drew Estate booth, number 3241. According to the company, the Club de Amigos program provides select retailers with access to unique releases, such as the earlier Número Uno “L’attache” and Antaño CT “Lonsdale.”
