Serafin de Cuba Cigars has announced the release of its new “El Capitan” cigar line, set to debut at the upcoming PCA Tradeshow in New Orleans. This special release is a tribute to Jose โEl Capitanโ Gallinat, a Cuban patriot and longtime Serafin de Cuba employee, who fought heroically in the Bay of Pigs invasion with Brigade 2506 and served in both the Cuban and U.S. Armies.
“This cigar is our way of showing gratitude and respect for a dear friend who gave so much to our company and our country,” said the Serafin de Cuba team.
The El Capitan cigar is a limited-edition release, with only 1,000 ten-count boxes produced. It will be available in a single, aptly named vitola:
โCuban Missileโ (7 x 54) โ MSRP: $15 per cigar
The blend features Nicaraguan tobaccos wrapped in a Mexican Negro San Andrรฉs wrapper, offering a full-bodied smoking experience.
